Keep chapters and navigation in a translated ebook

The EPUB workflow writes translated text back into the book's content files. Chapters stay in reading order, headings and paragraphs remain text, and the ebook keeps its links, styles and packaged images. You can continue reading it as an EPUB instead of copying a long translation into a separate document.

The translator also handles supported table-of-contents and navigation labels and updates the book's language metadata. Chapter titles in the reader's contents panel deserve a check alongside the visible chapter headings, especially in older or unusually structured ebooks.

Footnote links and inline emphasis remain part of the source structure. Text inside a picture follows the image workflow and remains image content; it does not become an editable paragraph.

EPUB formatting adapts to the reader

Most EPUB books are reflowable: their line breaks and page count depend on the screen, font size and reader settings. A translated sentence can be longer or shorter than its source, so keeping the book's structure does not mean keeping the same pagination.

Review the beginning, middle and end of a long book. Try its chapter links, footnote links and illustrated pages in the app you plan to use. For Arabic or another right-to-left target, check text direction and passages that mix names, numbers or other scripts.

A book can repeat a name or specialized term across many chapters. Compare those recurring terms before sharing the translation; an AI-generated book is a draft for reading and review, rather than a guarantee of consistent editorial choices throughout.

Translate an EPUB to English, Spanish or another language

Choose English to read an ebook from another language, or choose a different target to prepare a reading copy for your audience. The same uploader handles either direction. The selected target language determines the language of the downloaded EPUB.

Use EPUB when you have the original ebook and want adjustable text and chapter navigation. For a book available only as a PDF or scanned pages, use the PDF translator instead: changing a filename to .epub does not turn fixed pages into a structured ebook.
