Keep working with editable slides

The translated PPTX keeps native slide text as text. You can revise translated titles, text boxes and table cells in a presentation editor. Speaker-note text is included too, so you can work on both the visible slides and the explanation you plan to give.

A label inside an embedded image follows the image translation workflow. Its translated words remain part of that image rather than becoming an editable text box.

Plan for longer translations and different fonts

Slides have fixed space. A sentence translated into another language can need more lines than the original, particularly in narrow columns and table cells. The translator may reduce text size to help it fit, but you should still check readability and overflow in the downloaded presentation.

Your editor may substitute an unavailable font, and a new script may require a font with different character coverage. Preview dense slides and tables on the computer you will present from, where you can adjust the font and spacing for the audience.
